Grrrrrrr I just got it. spent 45 mins on the phone with nicrosoft aout the problem then they started an system update and have to phone them back to finsh my profile what a headache

Yea its terrible I though I had the RRDO , so I did phone them and ask them to collect but, but they still have'nt collected it after 3 weeks, but luckily It was another problem and it seems to be working for now ......
