There are two FF XIII games being released hopefully this December ((I get my source from amazon :P)).
Final Fantasy XIII

Final Fantasy Versus XIII
I read somewhere that the games aren't directly related, but they take place in the same world. When I find the article I'll post the link.
Though, the game will not be available on the 360. I think it was stated that it would be available on 360, but Square Enix has changed there mind. ((no FF on 360 until we get HALO XD))
