Why are you going to make 2 magic sticks? You only need to make one to mod the psp.
Yes you can shrink isos, using a program called PSP ISO compresser. The program will take you iso and compress it to cso or to dax, making way smaller in size. Theres a few other apps to do the same.
You can also rip content from an iso, and even modify the movies and it will greatly reduce the size of the iso. You need a program called umdgen to explore the isos. And you need some s@ny leaked tools that are running around the net in order to modify the pmf files.

Use the xp machine, vista tends to bug a little with the process.

Nothing else, just put them in the ISO folder, which should already be there, if not create it in the root of the memory stick, remember only have legal back-ups on your PSP (;

I'm getting a PSP Slim for Christmas(Hopefully) 11 Months, 1 Week ago
I have always wanted to try homebrew. I had a PSP fat b4, and couldn't downgrade because I had 2.71. That was some time ago. Now, I decide to get back into the PSP because my mom should be getting me 1 for Christmas. So, because I am just going to be getting back into the PSP.

I have no idea what to do. I hear you need another PSP and all these other nifty gadgets to do it, please help me out here, I just want to get homebrew running. I broke 2 PSP's already and don't want to risk screwing this 1 up. I would absolutely love some help. Is there a wayto do it w/o all the stuff? or can u guys send me some? My mom is practically poor, so she wouldn't be able to get it all. And I know practically noone with a PSP around here except a few ppl I hate.
