Ok so the Ps3 controller drivers for windows have been out for a while but i just came across this sweet demo for things to come.
They finally found out how to use the actual sixaxis part of the controller in this demo
an interesting thing for the future :)

Thats fantastic news, there are some very good possibilities for what may come, from the link though looks quite complex, but I get the idea of how its working

yea its great news and has high potential, at the moment its only showing that the accelerometers are interfacing to the pc via usb but its a great start
