You can't possibly label yourself as a hardcore player until you've
gotten a chance to beat the AI-controlled opponent in a game of... Pong! Motion Pong, that is. This Neoflash PSP Motion kit compatible homebrew game by bumuckl now has a new version out and features some additional power-ups to help step up your game.

To help add to the variety of your matches with the resident AI, three new power-ups are now available to help you beat the once unbeatable computer opponent. Also, a small option for switching between the d-pad controls and the Motion kit has also been added (press either the "X" or "O" buttons to switch between the two modes).

Here's the list of new changes included since our previous coverage of Motion Pong:
  • added a small menu
  • non-kit version and kit-version packed in one application
  • fixed bot-difficulty(before it has been unbeatable)
  • added 3 power-ups:
    • Increase the speed of your paddle
    • Slow down the ball
    • Stop the enemy paddle for a very short time
  • change the way of controlling while playing (X and O)

Anyway,
don't forget to read the documentation included in the archive for more
information on the game. You can also discuss this great game with the
author by following the link below which leads to our PSP Development
forum.
