ELF Menu is created by developer jas0nuk and it's very useful to PSP homebrew scene, it's an all-in-one installer of CFW & trouble shooting stick for PSP user and it works only in service mode so you must have pandora battery. The user can update the stick by adding files/application to it.
an example of ELF menu stick
If you don't have an ELF stick then do this...
1. Prepare a Despertar del Cementerio version3 (DCv3)stick
2. Access the DCv3 stick and create a new folder on the root of memory stick (ms0) named elf
3. Move ms0:/kd/resurrection.elf to ms0:/elf
4. Copy the included resurrection.elf to ms0:/kd
here
How to add Files/Application to ELF Menu
1. Use this Windows base application PBPUnpacker
here
2. Open the EBOOT.PBP of the PSP compatible application you want to run
I'll use jas0nuk's PSPident
3. Right click DATA.PSP then select Extract
4. Save it as "whatever_filename.elf" (the whatever_filename will appear on the menu & dont put space between the filename if it's a two word)
5. Copy the file to ms0:/elf on you memory stick
*If the app comes with PRXs (PSPident,Nandtool & IdStorage Manager to name a few) copy them to the ms0:/elf folder as well
6. You've successfully added another file/app on ELF Menu
now try to add more apps to your ELF stick ;)
